Views and Wildlife that Never Disappoint
The 200 acres are very diverse: From meadows to rock formations, and the Peak Mine at the back of the property, expect to see a variety of views and wildlife. The ever-changing arroyos, mine tailings, old railroad bed, and foliage provide huge variety. The 360-degree views of the Spanish Peaks, the Prairie, the back mountain, and the cliffs offer vistas that never disappoint.
Essentials
Villa Jubilee is on 200 acres, already subdivided and approved by the County for 5 lots. (What a gold mine!). It is entirely stone faced with native rock harvested from the property. It is not cultured stone except for the bell tower.
Summary Description:
All rooms are overly large, and the main floor has 12' ceilings.
Fire Resistant
Worried about wildfire? So were the owners! The entire home is built out of fire-resistant materials: native rock, flagstone, concrete, Hardie Board, steel, and barrel tile. Owners also mitigate by keeping the underbrush cleared around the house.
