Many of you also know that a gas explosion and subsequent fire caused a serious setback in 2011. This made the insurance rates skyrocket. In addition, the owners don’t have enough money to finish the retreat center, so they can’t officially open; but, they can’t generate income until Villa Jubilee is open! Help them solve this dilemma.
